Masseria Ayroldi has very ancient origins, 1715. Reference point, supply for wayfarers and brigands. It is a small world, where a growing community lived and worked the land. A safe place, surrounded by walls to protect the crops, animals and families who resided there.
Today it is a wonderful Masseria among the olive groves in Ostuni, where Giusy D’Ambrosio wedding planner project was born, inspired by the colors of the cappuccino rose. With the aim of creating a color palette for all seasons and linking the rural style of the Apulian farms to a more contemporary interpretation for couples.
He chooses to involve all local workers to highlight the professionalism of the Apulian supply chain. In a project that wants to be sustainable, with great attention to the environment and the eco-sustainability of materials.
Welcome pic nic
A 3-day wedding, in which Masseria Ayroldi opens its doors with a welcome picnic sheltered by the branches of a large olive tree, where guests are entertained with an aperitif and the bubbles of Ape Car picnic WalkingWine Puglia.
Vintage dress for the bride inspired by the contemporaneity of the figure of Marylin Monroe, an icon of beauty and at the same time of fragility. Concept that will be taken up for the choice of the wedding dress. Hand painted earrings in perfect Apulian style.
The color of the cappuccino rose dominates in the stationary made with handcrafted botanical prints on recycled and handmade ecological paper. It also characterizes the bride's accessories made by the skilled hands of an Apulian artisan.
All combined with the groom's suit.
In a romantic setting, illuminated by the warm sun of the sunset at the end of September, the two young spouses exchange promises and then run together towards the colonnade of the pool area where they enjoy their first dance on the notes of their favorite song.
The day ends with a romantic and intimate dinner in the garden.
The mise en place recalls the color palette of the project. Lights all around, Champagne and two hearts in love.
