Villa Il Pizzo is the ideal location to host the vegetarian wedding and the genuine and simple spirit of Stefano and Stefania.
Villa Il Pizzo
Villa Il Pizzo, a renowned eighteenth-century historic residence located near the Municipality of Sorrento, represents a unique example of a mixture of garden, lemon grove and villa overlooking the splendid setting of the Gulf of Naples.
Due to its particular beauty Villa "Il Pizzo" was chosen as the setting for shooting the film
“Love Is All You Need”.
Surrounded by a historic citrus grove, it hosted Stefano and Stefania's total veg wedding.
Stefano Pugliese doc and Stefania Neapolitan and convinced vegetarian.
Milanese by adoption, they contact me by e-mail telling me enthusiastic about their idea of marriage, intimate and "self made". It is Stefania, the bride, who takes care of every detail.
They ask me to join them in Milan to take an engagement session (which you can find here). I propose an alarm clock at dawn to be able to shoot in front of the cathedral free from crowds. And so it was that the 3 of us found ourselves touring a deserted Milan and enjoying a sunrise that perhaps few have been able to appreciate. The sun rising under the Arco della Pace in Parco Sempione on a warm March morning is a priceless spectacle.
The exciting and moving, even for me, the civil ceremony celebrated in the courtyard of the villa.
The aperitif in the shade of the lemon grove with a totally vegetarian menu and finally the party in a large garden. Sea view, we enjoyed a warm and golden sunset.
Unleashed dances and thanks from the spouses to conclude the evening.
A wedding that totally involved me and overwhelmed me in its genuineness and simplicity.
